The room was very roomy, came with a fridge, and had a private bathroom with hot water; we found welcome bottles of water waiting in the room upon arrival, and the cleanliness was flawless—daily cleaning, fresh towels, and always toiletries provided. Seon was an amazing host, always friendly and helpful; when I messaged him about a pillow that was too high, he responded quickly and fixed it, plus he offered useful safety tips for public transport and stored our luggage after check‑out. The location is excellent, just a 10‑minute ride to the city centre; even though Termini has a bad reputation, the streets are busy and I felt totally safe at night. Highly recommended! The only minor downside is the lack of blackout curtains, which might bother light‑sensitive guests in the morning, but that didn’t bother us since we left and returned after dark.

It was a real disaster. The only thing worth mentioning was the receptionist’s attempt to provide good service. The place isn’t what the site shows; the photos are misleading. The bathrooms were full of mould with a terribly awful smell. I don’t recommend it, and the price felt like a scam.
