“Séjour correct”

The reception was good and efficient. The room was very comfortable but the bathroom had a horrible cigarette smell. The floor staff on the 4th floor were charming and very responsive. Breakfast was truly generous and delicious. The breakfast staff were very helpful and so kind – bravo. We booked this hotel for its rooftop pool, but it was surrounded by a noisy construction site with workers making a terrible smell. There was no poolside equipment (no shower, no sun lounger or chair). Swimming was not allowed after 5 pm because the roof was a restaurant. The restaurant was just okay. On our first night it was inaccessible because of a private event, which caused terrible noise in our room until about midnight. The manager of the rooftop restaurant was very unpleasant that first evening. Fortunately the servers were charming. On our second night the rooftop restaurant was open and the night was much quieter, but we were woken early by construction noises on the roof.

“Satisfactory”

The breakfast was very good, vegetarian options were tasty and healthy. The location is on the outskirts of Lucknow and it’s good. Vegetarian food was tasty and the staff behaved well.

The staff were really very friendly and we even received small meal boxes at the start. The pool was very pleasant. The large rooms were comfortable and spotless. A few works were happening at the pool but they didn’t last long.
