Location is perfect if you have an early morning train since it is literally 1 minute walk from Napoli Centrale train station.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The room itself was large, very clean, and comfortable.
Breakfast is so good it made me miss my early morning train. Many tasty treats, sweet and savoury.

“Nearly perfect”
The hotel was great and the location near the train station was convenient; the staff and breakfast were really good. However, it was hard to find the place and we weren't told to go to Hotel St. Agnell when we booked it; there was only a small sign outside. That was the only fault.
Everything was perfect, but everything was also not perfect.
“The staff, rooms and location for this hotel was great for it's overall cost for a family of 4.”
The location was convenient in the center of the city near the train station. It was easy to get around and get a taxi when needed. The room was overall a good size and accommodated a family of 4 with a queen bed and 2 full, real, double beds that were not pull-out couches or sofas. The bathroom was large and the shower was great! Breakfast was included and met the needs. There was a restaurant on site with good food, good service and good drinks. We were even able to see fireworks from our room windows. The location was a little hard to find using google maps. There were a few different entries and it was not clear where the entrance was. Since it was close to the train station, there was a lot of activity and not being familiar with the area, I was unsure of the safety. The room location was across the courtyard from the main hotel which seemed a little strange, but overall was fine. It was our first time in Europe as a family so we were unsure of what to expect
The room was clean, the location was good since it was only 2‑3 minutes to the central station, and the breakfast was perfect.
“foi agradável independente de tudo”
The location was very good, with everything close by, even next to the Napoli Central train station. The staff were generally very friendly. The sheets were too dirty, even yellowed. The towels were also not the whitest they could be, they were yellowed and didn't smell very clean. The breakfast lacked some quality from the staff.
