“Unbeschreiblich Edel”
We were visiting the Caramel for the first time and it was truly spectacular! The level of detail in how everything was arranged for us was simply amazing. We received an upgrade to a better room from which we could admire the entire property. That room featured a lush, beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers. It was exceptionally clean, and we were given new water bottles each morning and evening. We were there with our 5‑year‑old daughter and she also received a suitable bathrobe. Despite having half‑board, she could still go to the free kids’ buffet at lunch and in the evening she was offered something extra cooked for her, though that wasn’t necessary because the existing buffet was absolutely perfect for her. The kids’ club also impressed her very much; they were very attentive to the little ones. The food at the hotel was fantastic. We’ve never seen such a great buffet in a hotel, and we’re very picky. It wasn’t overcrowded, it was colourful, and everything was constantly restocked. We would definitely return just for the buffet! What we especially liked was that the hotel or the resort isn’t huge and is really clean and well‑maintained. All staff are friendly and greet you. Even at departure we received a farewell gift: a very tasty honey that we can still enjoy at home. I’ve rarely experienced a hotel where you feel so welcome and where the care is so unobtrusive. It was perfect!
