The location is excellent, right next to all the tourist spots in San Cristóbal, and the staff are very kind and attentive. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. The room’s door opened straight into the restaurant (like a garden), so while there wasn’t a privacy issue or excessive noise, it felt a bit odd to open the door and see people in the dining area.

The place sits right in the heart of San Cristóbal, within easy walking distance of the main square, restaurants, shops and pedestrian streets. The rooms were fairly ordinary and we were a bit uneasy about the overall cleanliness; the blankets felt unclean and the first room we got had a nasty odor. The staff were helpful and swapped rooms quickly, which we appreciated.
The place was very pretty, clean and in a great spot. You can hear everything that happens outside.
The spot was spot on, everything was close by, the facilities were comfy and top quality. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, a stone‑cobbled walkable street in the center, a restaurant inside the hotel and many eateries and cafés just across the street—only a pedestrian zone, no cars in front of the hotel, so it was very quiet and comfortable. There was no minibar or hair dryer in the room, the room was dark and the blanket on the bed was very dark and old. The property needs an upgrade—just changing the blanket color and adding a few pillows and a hand dryer would make a big difference.
