Good, but the bed was infested with biting bugs.

The room was spacious with a very long desk for working, and I liked the location. I appreciated the hot coffee and hot water for tea, but the place was in disrepair, the bed was very uncomfortable, the whole hotel had a funky odor, and the breakfast was very limited and not good.

We've stayed at this Hampton many times and everything was as expected: good location, very friendly staff, comfy beds, clean facilities, and great breakfast. On this particular visit the pool was broken and both gym treadmills were out of service, which was a bit of a bummer since we pick hotels for fitness amenities, but it wasn’t a deal breaker; we still managed a decent workout. It might be wise to ask staff about those amenities if they’re crucial to you.

Overall a nice place to stay, but the breakfast and coffee were lacking.

There was a kind staff member in the morning, but the evening/night employee was not properly trained. The room had a cockroach, a pill on the floor, and trash behind the trash can. When the GM approached me in the morning after I had informed them of the findings, her first comment was that she knew this was going to be a fight. Nobody wanted that. She was hateful and very unprofessional. We didn’t finish our stay. The breakfast was terrible. We ended up booking at a different hotel. The GM’s name was Kristine (not 100% on the spelling). She should not be in that position.
