“Worst stay EVER”
The Indian receptionist was extremely rude and showed no manners at all; he clearly needs training on customer service.

There is a need for improvement.

The room was not clean, smelled awful, and wasn’t worth the money.

Nothing positive. Everything was terrible: the bed was uncomfortable, the blanket was dirty, the bathroom was smaller than expected and barely fit one person, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

Nothing positive. The room was filthy, extremely small, with toothpaste hanging from the curtains left by the previous tenant, and used cotton pads beside the washing bin. The communal shower was dirty, the toilet couldn’t be locked, it was very loud and stuffy. The beds were folding beds, very wobbly, with hard pillows. The carpet had unremovable stains. The room was on the top floor, reachable only by very narrow stairs that made it hard to carry a suitcase up. When we asked if a room lower down was available, the owner said none were free, even though several were listed. To avoid further conflict, he hid and waited until we gave up. Overall, it was filthy and disgusting—never again and not recommended!
