The property was lovely, freshly refurbished, and spotless. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, leaving me very satisfied overall. One issue: please check all kettles before use.

We spent 25 nights at this hotel and every moment felt flawless. The rooms are enormous and whisper‑quiet, so we never heard any noise from neighboring rooms. The pool is spectacular, and the staff are absolutely amazing—always kind, friendly, and smiling, which made each day a pleasure. The night guard was especially warm, polite, and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily and the sheets were changed regularly, adding to the comfort. I’m certain I’ll return in the future. Thank you for everything! — Room 309

The location, cleanliness, and staff treatment were all excellent. However, when I requested a room change, it was not approved, which caused me some frustration.

The room was large and spacious, equipped with a kettle, tea, and sugar. It was clean and came with shampoo, shower gel, and a hygiene kit. Everything I needed was in the room, and the cafe, massage salons, and shop were within walking distance. The view was magnificent—mountains on one side and the pool on the other. The staff were responsive.
