Summary of this review
The customer service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a very nice room. The front desk was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating, but the only problem was the TV channels available—you couldn’t even get HGTV.

Breakfast was fine and the location was adequate, but there was no staff support. The venue we were scheduled for was cancelled three days before, and we were told IHG would get back to us, yet no return call, text, or email came. At check‑in the staff seemed to be in conflict with each other at 4:00 pm. The room was fine, but the single bath set was only for two people. The reception staff told us the needs were met, then returned with only one facecloth. When I relayed the issue again, I was told that was all there was, they couldn’t leave the station to get supplies on the second floor, and they made no effort to fix it. I will not recommend B.C. or IHG ever again.
