“Comfy and nice place”

I love the decor in the hotel; it’s comfy. The waitress got our breakfast drink order wrong twice, and the breakfast was cold. I prefer the buffet style it was before the new owners bought it, with only three choices or cereal. The waitress thought we hadn’t paid for our breakfast on the last morning we were there and barged into our room asking if we had paid. There was a lack of communication on that part with the hotel staff. I asked for a cream tea and the waitress looked confused, saying they don’t do them, but another couple was served one. It seems the new owners are trying to change too much; it was better last year.

The location is amazing: you step straight onto the beach on one side and onto a lovely high street on the other. They accommodate dogs really well. The breakfast was slightly slow; on the first day we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly busy.

“Delightful one night stay in Beaumaris”

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the bedroom is spacious, the ensuite is nice, and the breakfast is lovely.
