Breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and very helpful with things like the fuel queues caused by the Iran war price hike. The evening meal choice was limited, but it was genuine home‑cooked and absolutely superb.

I liked everything!!! The warmth, the restaurant was amazing, and the best part was María José’s kindness.

A charming wood‑beam building at the end of Main Street on Futalefu feels like stepping back in time; the hotel is warm, cozy, steeped in history, and the dinner and breakfast are both excellent. No complaints.

The service was very good, especially María José; the place was spotless and organized, the lamb dish was superb, and the breakfast was very good.
