Towels at the reception for the sea, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel’s smell was off; the overall scent of the hotel and the specific room in this place was unpleasant.

A very beautiful hotel, perfectly situated 100 m from the beach. Very clean, refined and elegant décor, adorable staff with great attention to detail. The rooftop pool is amazing, offering a 360° view of Tel‑Aviv. The clientele is mostly upscale and respectful of the place, which isn’t always the case during the busy August month. Breakfast is in the basement, no view, but the selection is exceptional. The window sound insulation isn’t perfect; you can hear street noise from the 10th floor. There’s no bar to grab a drink.

The location and staff were great, and the room was very nice. But the air conditioning was a bit of an issue; it turned off when we left the room, and the blinds were opened by cleaning staff. When we came back, we had to start over cooling the room again.
Great location, clean rooms. There’s misinformation about the pool size compared to the Booking photos—if I’d known it was that small I wouldn’t have booked; I probably won’t book again because of that. It’s sad that you can only go to the edges of the pool because it’s so small, you can’t change it, but at least the photos should match reality.
One of the reception staff we saw also helped at the coffee station during breakfast and guided other employees (I think he’s senior in the hotel team) – I didn’t ask for his name – he was very helpful and courteous. Apart from that, the hotel is clean, breakfast is very good, the shower is large and comfortable, and the bed is comfortable as expected. The dining room staff is very pleasant, parking is convenient right next to the hotel, and you can get a free bag with a liter of ice cubes at reception, which was a nice touch in August and really enhanced our experience!
