The value for money is excellent. I had to call booking customer care because the hotel didn’t receive the confirmation that breakfast was included in the room.

Getting around was easy thanks to the busy road, and the proximity to various shops and services was convenient; the elevator worked well and breakfast was included. By the way, the saffron rice was excellent. However, in the middle of the night I woke up from an hives attack and noticed that the sheet, the fitted sheet, and the pillowcases had foreign elements that weren’t mine or from the ceiling, which is obviously a problem if it came from the cleaning staff. There were also stains that should have been removed by washing, so I conclude that the cleaning was very poorly done 96% of the time. I still hope that the hotel, which shines with 1 000 lights, only had an isolated incident with my room that day.

The location was very good, near Chaupati (an eatery) and many other tourist spots within 3 km. The value for money was solid, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room and bathroom were clean. The only issue was that the Wi‑Fi in the rooms was a little slow.
