The spot was great and the rooms were spacious, plus they gave us breakfast. At night, bugs appeared in the rooms and only went away when the lights were off. We asked for a room change or even a downgrade, but the staff said they had to ask the "boss" first, and the boss never bothered to respond at night. A cart was stuck in the hallway all day and night—why was that there?

The staff were fantastic and the place was spotless. The room had water damage around the baseboards that hadn't been fixed. I also didn’t like being charged for extra pillows and a blanket.

The location was good, the place was clean and the rooms were large, and we got breakfast. I didn’t like that our room was too far away, the toilet floor was too slippery, and the curtain rod was falling.
