I was impressed with the good facilities and the varied breakfast. The staff were attentive and polite, but I was disappointed that the water wasn’t warm enough and that after check‑in we couldn’t stay a bit longer for an extra fee; I ended up having to leave and re‑enter through another entrance.

Everything was great – from the service and accommodation to the meals, breakfast, and the water park; it was all delicious.

The rooms are spacious and accommodate families well, yet the food is generally bad. The bathroom doors are clear glass glued right to the toilet, ruining privacy, and the cleaning—especially in the bathrooms—was very lacking.

As always, we loved it! Nothing I didn't like!
