“Belle vue, gentils employés mais c’est bien la seule chose”

⭐️ I absolutely do not recommend this place. We were very disappointed with our stay and felt like we were being taken for fools. We paid an extra CHF 70 for a balcony, not knowing at booking that it would open directly onto the bar. That is not what we imagined when booking a balcony room, and we find it very misleading. In general, almost everything is extra: even the fitness center is paid. At that price, we expected more included services and especially a better value. The bedding was not up to par, especially the pillow was extremely flat and uncomfortable. We also had a toilet problem: it kept dripping constantly and, worse, it didn't work at all until 9 am. For a hotel of this category, that is simply unacceptable. The staff were fortunately very kind and helpful, and that is the only positive we keep from our stay. Finally, we were also very unhappy that we reported the issue and received no response. We find that particularly disappointing when you book and pay expecting a certain level of service and support. In short: many extras, services that are not up to standard, a balcony overlooking the bar without clear notice, technical problems and no after‑sales service from Booking. We do not recommend this hotel.

“Superbe séjour”

Very pretty hotel with a modern mountain décor, the heremence baths linked to the hotel, great mountain view rates for the baths, beautiful mountain view room, great breakfast, delicious garlic‑black pasta at the bistro, hearty and varied breakfast. Needs a card to pay for drinks and snacks at the baths. Regrettable that there is no way to charge a bracelet. Independent ski lifts were closed on that date.

The hotel’s location and the bath were convenient, and the parking spot was great, but it would have been nice to have a small treat with the coffee unless we ordered dessert at the Ava restaurant; the starters and dishes were delicious.

“Magnifique séjour en amoureux”

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le personnel est très sympa, la déco est magnifique, le petit déjeuner était excellent et la chambre était très belle et au calme. Il y a un parking sur réservation. Le soir, nous avons mangé une fondue dans une télécabine sur la terrasse avec coucher de soleil. C’était très bon et le serveur était très sympa. Depuis l’hôtel, nous avons accès aux grands bains d’Hérémence, la piscine extérieure est top avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes dont le Cervin
