“Very Dissapointed”
My stay at this hotel was a letdown, to say the least. The friendly receptionist was a bright spot, but unfortunately, that was about it. The TV system was outdated, the beds and linens were old and needed replacing, and the corridor light outside my room shone through the entrance all night, making it hard to sleep. To top it off, late-arriving guests were noisy and disturbed me, and the kettle's cord was ridiculously short, forcing me to place it on the floor to boil water.
“Excellent service and family warmth”
I booked at the last minute and was warmly welcomed by the staff, which set a great tone for my stay. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing - I would definitely stay here again. The warm welcome and cleanliness made a big impression on me.
I appreciated the friendly staff and clean premises, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I had some concerns - the furniture, including the chairs and couch, was old and fragile, and I was worried about being liable for any damage. I also didn't like the rule about not eating in my room, and the limited parking space was a bit of a stress. Furthermore, I had to link my own DSTV streaming logins, and the noise from the wooden flooring made it hard to sleep at night.
I was impressed with the hotel's layout, it was very nice and well-organized. However, I did notice that some rooms didn't get enough natural light from the windows, which was a bit of a drawback. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some room for improvement.
The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, which was a plus. However, I had some issues with the location - it was far from the shops, and I couldn't eat in my room, which was inconvenient. The hotel was also noisy at night, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I had to use my own DSTV account, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it wasn't ideal for a first-time traveler like myself.
