“Отлично!”

One of the main qualities of a good hotel is the staff, and I’m deeply grateful for their help with all my questions and non‑accommodation issues—they went out of their way. The room was not just large but huge, with three beds, and I was pleasantly surprised by the well‑working fridge and the full set of toiletries. I didn’t fully understand the motion‑sensor light at the room entrance, and the bathroom ventilation is very loud even when off, probably because it’s blowing in from the first floor; the doors creak too.

Breakfast was nice, and one of us received a complimentary upgrade—thanks for that. The room was very cold at first, but that was fixed quickly once I asked the staff. The check‑in process was a bit unreasonable, though later interactions were pleasant.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations and I ate it all. The hotel sits in a central spot on a relatively quiet street. The heater was too hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Everything about Arhan was great, especially the plentiful, high‑quality breakfast that became a morning highlight. The only downside was the bed, which felt a bit hard—apparently a local preference for firmer mattresses to support the back, a sentiment echoed by colleagues at other hotels. Still, I slept well overall and didn’t mind it much.
