The hospitality and interior cleanliness were good, but the location and exterior environment were not.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, a huge breakfast, and a location about a 15‑minute walk to Shoppers supermarket. The suitcase was safely stored during the safari, and there’s a bidet/Arabic shower.

The location was good and clean, but the parking lot area needs improvement; if guests arrive with vehicles, the parking lot will not be sufficient.
