The stay was very bad, the cleanliness was terrible, the noise was annoying, the bed and blanket were dirty, but the staff were very nice. I wouldn’t recommend it to any Arabic speaker. The price is ridiculously high—10,000 riyals.

I'm not sure what I was expecting from this hotel, but it definitely wasn't what I got. The breakfast was pretty standard, but the real kicker was the charge for drinking water - who does that? And to make matters worse, the kettle in my room was broken, so I had to go without hot water for the duration of my stay. The only slightly positive note was that the staff did provide towels after I asked for them, but the rate was way too high for what I got.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The biggest issue was the fact that they charged for bottled water - it's just basic hospitality to provide a free bottle, you know? But on top of that, the facilities were subpar, the shower was broken, and the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. And don't even get me started on the breakfast, which was basically inedible.

I'm still trying to process the sheer level of neglect I encountered at this hotel. The cleaning and hygiene in the breakfast area were atrocious, with visible dust and dirty food left out for days. And to make matters worse, they charged me for a water bottle after I tried to pick one up from the floor. The towels and bedding were disgusting, and the TV in my room was ancient and barely functional. It was a really rough stay from start to finish.

The room was seriously impressive - the hot tub made all the difference. And the price was more than fair. I'd say it's worth every penny.
