How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was perfect – the bed, pillows, sheets, breakfast, impeccable service, they kept water flowing when it was hot, the concierge helped with everything, overall spectacular, highly recommend and the location is close to everything!

Cleanliness, staff, and comfort were all good, but the location feels very crowded.

The towels aren’t soft anymore and need replacing.

Everything was excellent.

The location was fine, but I would strongly advise against trusting the advertised rates; they are far too high for the quality of the stay and service. The bed was very uncomfortable, and constant noises made it almost impossible to sleep. For a hotel that presents itself at this level and charges so much, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This was honestly the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and it was not worth the money.
