The location was fine, but when I arrived my room was unfinished and they swapped it for another; they only gave me a bill for the dinners, not for the room, even though I was told booking required a room invoice and booking says it’s the hotel’s responsibility, so I have no invoice.

The room was pleasant (except the bathroom), it was a shame to have the garbage container at the hotel entrance, the bathtub tap didn’t work for shower mode, and in a newly renovated room there were holes patched with plastic pieces that don’t hold.

Very convenient for travelling into Pau 10 minutes away, but the bathroom was extremely dated with poor lighting, no plugs next to the bed, and an old AC system.

Calm and clean; however, the curtain over the window isn’t opaque—sunlight pours in from sunrise, which could be better.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and its spot in Spain makes it convenient for travelers; the downside was that the chef wasn’t there that night, so the restaurant was closed, and the front‑desk staff had to handle drinks—there was no tonic, only Jack Daniels, and no red or white wine.
