How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The staff here were really friendly, and the ocean view from our room was amazing. However, breakfast was a letdown - it was dirty, plain, and just not great.

“Great location. Just don’t plan to swim or eat there”

This place is centrally located in Amed, close to plenty of warungs and the sola-mart, which was super convenient. The ocean-facing rooms are huge and comfy, but be aware that they're near the pool, which can get noisy. Speaking of the pool, it was a real letdown - it turned green after a bunch of kids got in, and it took days to get it back to a decent state. The food wasn't great either, especially the New Year's Eve dinner, which was literally raw in the middle.

“Enjoyed the stay photos from when property was new . Still nice but the shower was jank”

The view of Mount Agung at sunset was pretty cool, but the shower was a bit of a disappointment.

We loved our stay here, with a central location in Amed and direct beach access. Our room was right on the beach, next to the pool, and had a handy mosquito zapper. The food at the hotel was good, and the whole place was spotless, even after just one night. The rooftop bar does open in the evening, which was a bit of a bummer, but we didn't let it bother us. The hotel's design and layout were really well thought out, and the artwork was awesome.
