The Double Room features a private bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. The sleeping area offers one bed for two guests, a minibar and tea‑ and coffee‑making facilities. Entertainment includes a flat‑screen TV and a bottle of wine or champagne. A sauna is provided for use from the room.

The place was wonderfully dark, but the light was damp inside the accommodation.
It’s a short walk from Techmania. Access is by code, so it’s always possible and hassle‑free. The owner communicated well. The in‑room sauna is divine, but you have to book its start time and it’s controlled remotely. Cleanliness is fine, everything is in order, and because it’s a basement apartment, the bedroom offers truly undisturbed darkness, which is godly! The room is quite small and lacks space to lay out things, but the sauna makes it worth it. Street parking was available but finding a free spot was difficult.
The sauna was a highlight, but the bathroom had a leaking waste pipe, the toilet waste leaked onto the tiles, lighting was sparse, and the mirror light didn't work.
An unconventional lodging for visitors to Plzeň; a weekend stay with a brewery visit didn’t allow time for the sauna, and I don’t even know why I booked it – maybe the price and the very nice spot near the station – but it was unconventional and we were very satisfied. Thank you.
