I stayed at this Marriott hotel and it was pretty good for the price. The staff didn't speak much English, but that wasn't a huge issue for me. They did have a small in-house restaurant, which was convenient. Overall, it was a solid choice, but I did find it weird that I couldn't speak English with anyone.
