The place was clean and well‑maintained; the location is a bit far from the centre but that’s fine, the shared kitchen is well equipped, and the owner is very polite and helpful, so I give it an 8.0/10.

I liked the good location, it’s not too far from the centre and the property is dog‑friendly, but the check‑in was rough: we arrived at 15:05 after telling the owner we’d be there at 15:00, no one was present, and we had to call and wait an extra 10 minutes. We stayed in the Albicocca room, whose bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable, with a tap that’s too long for the tiny sink, causing water to spill onto the floor when washing your face. The towels and bed linen didn’t smell fresh, so I give it a 4.0/10.
