The spot is perfect, within walking distance of the central station and city centre, and the area is calm and cosy, but the large bedroom got hot and stuffy, and huge spiders outside made me keep the windows shut.

“Great location.”

The spot was great for us, clean and well‑decorated, and very comfy, but we were let down by another houseboat behind us – that property is also rented, so people peek through the windows, and there's nowhere to sit and enjoy the water view; also no facial tissue or hand towel at the toilet sink.

“Empfehlenswert.”

The location is superb, just minutes to the city centre and the station is within walking distance, and the facilities are good – ideal for a short stay in Am – but the kitchen set‑up could be better, and the price was far too high for our dates, probably because of the trade fair.

The spot is amazing, close to the train station, the host’s communication is excellent, the place is spotless and has everything you need for a great stay, and I can’t wait to come back.
