Such a terrible place I’ve ever stayed at, completely different from the online listing; the room was dirty, smoky like a busstand toilet, and the front desk staff seemed unapproachable. There’s no direct path from the property to the main road—you have to walk through a 3‑foot‑wide drainage to reach the road for 150 m. I strongly advise against booking this place; I paid for three days and had no choice but to stay. The AC works well, which is the only good thing.

The location was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with no lifts or car parking. The hotel, called “Grand stay,” had a narrow, bad entrance. Alcohol bottles and cigarette butts were everywhere. I chose not to stay because it was unsuitable for families; maybe people looking for cheap drinks and smoking can go there, but it’s not family‑friendly.

The hotel is run mainly by North Indians, mostly Biharis, who show no sense of hospitality, are arrogant, disrespectful, and leave dirty, filthy bedsheets and washrooms. It was a third‑class stay.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.
