Ali was incredibly helpful and welcoming from day one, showing us around and making us feel at home; he and his team served a wonderful breakfast each morning and always answered our questions and helped with anything we needed, making the stay truly special.

We stayed four nights at Riad Sofia, a quiet paradise only 7‑8 minutes on foot from Place des Ferblantiers, spread over several levels: the ground floor houses a kitchen, a small pool (more for foot‑soaking!), a lounge, a dining room, and a first suite (room, bathroom, and WC); the first floor has three more suites; the second floor contains a final suite, another dining area, and sun loungers; the fourth floor boasts a solarium with a beautiful view of Marrakech. All suites are tastefully decorated, the bathrooms are functional with many power outlets, and Ali was always available, ready to help, and served us excellent breakfasts each morning. One evening we had a Moroccan meal prepared by Touriya, the chef; the owner, whom we never met, had arranged a guided tour of Marrakech and a day in the Ourika Valley at reasonable prices, and also booked a taxi for the airport transfer and another for a visit to Majorelle Garden. There were no surprises, and we all left delighted. The Wi‑Fi is a bit weak.

The riad is brand‑new, in a great spot near the medina, with very welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, and for 20€ per person they even prepared dinner on their beautiful terrace; the indoor pool is a very pleasant highlight.

This riad is even more stunning than the photos. Hidden in a quiet alley of a local neighborhood, stepping inside feels like entering a completely different world. The design is gorgeous, every detail is thoughtfully done, and the whole place is spotless clean. The staff is very kind, they were amazing. The location of the riad is convenient too, just 5 minute walk to the souk, 20 minute walk to Jemaa El Fnaa. Absolutely unforgettable! 10/10, highly recommended.
