“Not worth.”

I was disappointed that the hotel’s old furniture and noisy AC made the room uncomfortable, the bathroom needed cleaning and there was no shower cap; when I asked reception, they said housekeeping had finished the shower in an old style, so the shower was hard to use and not hot, and dust was everywhere – not worth the price for a stay in Kota Bharu.

The location was fine and the breakfast area was convenient, but the hotel didn’t offer daily cleaning services and the waste wasn’t removed every day.
