I only liked the bed and AC. It was the worst experience ever! I swear I heard that Lahoris are known for fraud, and it turned out to be true. I had confirmed a 6 PM check‑out, but when I stayed the night they told me I could only leave at 12 PM or pay extra for a 6 PM exit. Earlier they said they would cooperate, but the person there refused and claimed I hadn’t spoken to him – it was someone else.

The staff was good, but we were given a basement room without a TV or window. The room was a bit small, and there were red spots on the bedding, which felt unhygienic.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff is the best we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Dilpasand and Zulfiqar are the reason we’ll always stay here when in Lahore. All good for what you pay.

The host, Zulfiqar sahab, was a meticulous gentleman and the staff were equally pleasant, with the overall location and service meeting expectations. However, the room lacked a fridge and the shared refrigerator in the building was broken.
