The room was great for both of us, though a fridge would have helped me keep my insulin as a diabetic; still, everything else was fine. The only downside was the missing fridge, otherwise everything was clean and good.

I stayed there again and the location was convenient, check‑in was simple, and the hotel was quiet – I felt like we were the only guests. The only issue was that bookings could only be made at the last minute; you can’t reserve a month or more in advance.

The place is in a nice spot and the old house itself is charming. The breakfast was good, but on weekends it only started at 8 am and even that wasn’t kept, so it was served later than promised.
