The hotel offers a high level of service and cleanliness. Every employee, from the front‑desk staff Mr. Omar and Mr. Mina, the reception manager, to the restaurant manager Mr. Ahmed, is honestly respectful and very helpful.

The place is excellent, the reception is outstanding, the rooms and cleanliness are superb, and the food is varied—thanks a lot to Mr. Halim, Mr. Mohammed Rashid, and all the hotel staff.

We spent a fantastic time at Titanic Royal Hotel, savoring the wide variety of dishes, especially the Mongolian restaurant where the cooking show added a fun twist to dinner. The cocktails were tasty, coffee was great, and the hotel’s design is stunning. The beach is beautiful, the aquapark is a blast, and the swimming pools are huge, giving plenty of space to unwind. What truly made the visit memorable was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentive service made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, the holiday was wonderful: delicious food, gorgeous pools and beach, exciting aquapark, good drinks, and above all, lovely people and excellent service. Thanks to the entire Titanic Royal team for such a pleasant stay; we’ll definitely return. The only downside was the wind and the pool feeling a bit cold.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mina wageh, the Reception Manager, as well as our wonderful waiters Moussa and Adel, and to the entire staff at Titanic Royal Hurghada. The service was absolutely excellent, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming.
