How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was drawn to this spot because it’s close to the city center and the transport links are just a short walk away. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the hosts gave helpful recommendations that really added to the experience. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; we had to keep the windows open at night and the road noise was a bit disruptive.

The location was fantastic, the room and common areas were beautifully decorated, and the facilities were top‑class. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this place – I’d go back any day.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Genoa, and David was a perfect host. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a unique, beautiful style, and it was within walking distance of the tourist attractions and the train station. The only caveat is that the apartment sits on a steep hill, which wasn’t an issue for me (David did warn us, lol), but you might want to keep that in mind. Other than that, it was amazing!!

David was super friendly, gave us great tips for exploring Genova, and was very available, providing his contact for any questions or help. If I return to Genova, I’ll stay here again! The only issue was that at night, a lot of cars passed by on the street, and with the windows open it was hard to sleep.

The location is convenient. An air conditioner would be needed; the fan is noisy and sleeping with the window open on the first floor on a busy street at night is difficult (room Santa Maria).
