The room was tidy. DirecTV only worked for about two minutes before shutting off and never powered back on; my iPad was a lifesaver.

What breakfast? My toilet wouldn’t flush. My friend’s room smelled of mildew, had a wet floor, and the shower didn’t drain. The front desk staff charged both rooms to one card even though we asked for separate charges, and they used the wrong amount. Then they cancelled those charges and charged both rooms to my friend’s card, and even added an extra room charge to her card. She had to spend extra time getting a receipt that showed the correct amount. The incorrect charges were eventually fixed, but it required several trips to the front desk.

There was no breakfast. The location was great and the staff were friendly. The carpet was old, unattractive, and had a bad odor.
