I had a very disappointing and embarrassing experience with this hotel. I booked a stay for my guest, but when they arrived the staff refused to let them check in simply because they were Bangladeshi. This was clearly discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. Despite a confirmed booking, the staff behaved in an unwelcoming and disrespectful manner, leaving my guest in a difficult situation in a foreign city and causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A hotel should treat guests with respect regardless of nationality. This behavior erodes trust and raises serious concerns about the property’s professionalism and ethics. I strongly advise international travelers, especially Bangladeshi guests, to be cautious before booking here.
