“No repetirem”
The place is very well located and quiet, with a decently sized, clean room and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was in good condition, the shower delivered hot water at solid pressure, and the air‑conditioning worked fine. The receptionist was indifferent, only trying to sell us an excursion when we arrived. One night the city suffered a power cut – not the hotel’s fault, but no staff could be reached and it took over two hours to start the generator. The room stayed sweltering and we couldn’t sleep, and the staff denied any outage in the morning. If we go back to Puerto Princesa, we won’t stay here again.
