The location was good and convenient in the old city centre of Acre, a short walk from all the main sights, but it was a bit hard to find the place.

We, the Peld family, arrived at the hotel with many bags. The lady who checked us in greeted us with a wide smile, giving us a warm, family‑like feeling that I have never seen before. She helped us carry our things to the room. The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean. She explained everything in the room and answered every question we had, taking care of even the smallest details. We asked her for a good tour guide to explain the old city, she made several calls and found us an experienced guide who was very nice. The guide took us on a 3‑4 hour tour, showing us a church, synagogues, caves, all the history and scenery, and we even went horse‑back riding. We saw the harbour and went on a fast boat; the people in the old city were very polite and friendly, and the market was amazing. Breakfast was abundant, tasty, and well‑prepared. It’s important to note that the lady performed all the hotel’s duties in the best way possible. Initially we had no intention of bringing another couple, but after having so much fun on the first day we called another couple to join the tour. On the second day, the second couple arrived; the girl helped them with a long walk and also assisted in preparing breakfast. I highly recommend the place, and we will definitely come back several more times. My suggestion is to visit only this hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff; we will never forget the wonderful experience you gave us. We love you, the Peld family. There were no problems; it was amazing.

The hosts were wonderful, tried to help with everything, were very courteous, and served a well‑prepared breakfast. They answered questions before arrival and arranged all the necessities for a suitable stay, including providing a iron so we could attend a work conference properly. The only unrelated issue was the cleanliness of the streets in Acre.
