The rooftop view was amazing, the location is good, and the price is fair. The rooms were dirty; we had to request new bed sheets on arrival because they were stained and had hair on them. There was also a gross smell in the bathroom and throughout the halls.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, trying to make us feel at home by offering various tours and experiences. The view of the pyramids was great. The room was a bit noisy because it faces the main road.

I stayed at this hotel for several days and was very satisfied with the choice. The room was clean. Special thanks for the breakfast – tasty, filling, and varied, especially the local flatbreads and fresh juice. The main highlight is the location: about a 20‑minute walk to the Giza pyramids (and only 8 minutes to the Sphinx), which is very convenient if you want to walk or save on taxis. The view from the window (and from the roof) is amazing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the main wonder of the world without long traffic jams! I especially want to highlight the manager Zain – very attentive and polite, always ready to help, and he speaks excellent English.

The view of the pyramids matched the photos, the rooms were spacious, and the staff tried hard to be friendly and welcoming; there are several venues nearby. However, our breakfast was a disaster: they asked us to arrive at 8:30 even though most tours start at 8:00 to beat the heat, the poor lady at the tables brought us food without drinks, cut‑and‑spread food without cutlery, and none of us got plates until the end of breakfast. We left around 9:15 while our guide was already nodding off, and our attempts to fetch plates, cups, and cutlery for the tables were futile. We laughed it off, but it’s better not to include that kind of service for breakfast.
