Everything was fine. The company was the only issue.
Nice, clean, and good value for money. I had no trouble finding parking. I didn’t see any directions to the property, so I called the owner who explained that I was basically right in front of it.
“Io adoro Boccadasse, terrò in considerazione La Foresteria anche per i futuri soggiorni”
Great location and very friendly staff. It was enjoyable to chat with Luigi about shared interests, and the themed rooms were a highlight. The only drawback was the nighttime traffic that caused some disturbance.
“Ottimo”
Strategic location, spotless cleanliness, the room came with a hair dryer, iron, fridge, kettle, and teas, good climate control, TV, and a kitchenette. The staff gave us warm hospitality and useful directions—everything was great. The only downside was the street noise, which is expected in a busy area.
An old‑school hotel but still respectable. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke several languages, including Russian. It’s ideal for a beach holiday, with both paid and free beaches just a 7‑minute walk away, as well as restaurants and a promenade nearby. Free car parking is available on the surrounding streets. A train to Genoa’s centre takes 15 minutes for 1 euro, and the station is 7 minutes on foot.
