Good location on the beach n close to everything. Rooms were nice. The repair person was very efficient n kind making repairs. Came right away. We didn't get to go into our room until 5:30 pm. The dishwasher smelled like nasty seafood, our master bedrooms shower was broke. The bathroom in guest rm. Shower didn't drain well. After the expensive 2 nights we had to pay 100.00 more to park 2 vehicles

Being right on the beach is a highlight, the hotel stays spotless, rooms are great, and the staff is amazing—this is our second visit and it never disappoints; we stayed last month with a different company at the same hotel and it was awful, so always book through this channel!

The place always smells clean, the beach is very accessible, and the staff does a wonderful job managing the facilities; there were no negatives.
