The staff were kind, flexible, and clean, and there were bouquets of flowers in the stairwell. The TV remote needed an explanation.

Nothing positive. The reservation was cancelled the same morning at 2:30 am, even though I was supposed to arrive that day and had booked more than a week in advance. I received only a message, no alternative offered, and ended up in a city I didn’t know with no accommodation. I had to rent an overpriced hotel room because everything was already booked (normally you don’t rent a room that day). I strongly advise against it! I’m waiting for a refund and compensation. Otherwise, Lyon is beautiful and I had an amazing weekend.
