The facilities are kind and they have wifi. I got stuck in the elevator with no one helping; the emergency bell wasn’t working and the elevator looked really old. I had to climb stairs that were covered in dog poop.

Marc and Marqui were very good vibes. The dormitory was more or less as shown in the photos, not great, but the location is unbeatable.

Everything was fine.

The room was dirty and messy, and no one cleaned it. The shower water pressure was extremely low. Even though it's cheap, it shouldn't be like this; basic necessities were terrible. I sincerely suggest that Book.com remove this hotel from its listings

The place sits right next to my business meeting spot and is easy to get to, and the front desk responded somewhat. Everything else was a mess – the rooms smelled bad, the facilities were broken or barely working, and it feels more like a 3‑star hotel than it claims to be. They really need to fix a lot.
