The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is good and the breakfast buffet was very good. Nothing to note.

The location is exceptional, right near Old Montreal and the financial district. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, spotless, and the lavender essential oil detail was fantastic! I loved it.

“Perfect location to tour Old Montreal!”

Great hotel in a great location. If you walk out the front door, you are 1 block from the Notre Dame Basilica. We parked our car when we arrived and never had to move it. After long days of walking around Montreal, we LOVED coming back to use the pools. None of them were very big, but they served their purpose. We especially loved the cold plunge pool. We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation, and every hotel after that our kids talked about how the pool didn't stack up because it didn't have a cold plunge. The sauna was also an added plus. We arrived late at night, and the valet didn't even offer to help take our bags out of the car. I thought that was a little strange for a Westin

The staff were efficient and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the food was weak, the restaurants were lacking, and room‑service delivery was especially poor.
