The hotel is new and close to the markets, away from Riyadh’s traffic, so I’ll book it again next time.
Cleanliness and attention to hygiene were excellent, and at reception, Walid Al‑Asim was a courteous and welcoming person who didn’t hold back.

The quiet setting and the staff’s behavior were fantastic, and the cleanliness was beyond excellent.
We had several units during our stay, first of all the location is very good with lots of over ground and underground parking. The pictures are of the rooms and space but heavily edited which does not reflect the actual place. The rooms needs lots of maintance. Some bathrooms do not have a shower cabinet which leads to the bathroom flooding with every shower. The utensils are not enough for the people specially in duites only 2 mugs, 2 plates and some cutlery. wifi is horrible we have been using our phones as hotpots through the whole trip. breakfast rooms has only 5 tables and we first arrived there was no space and no food, we waited for food to be refilled it took forever so we left. Service is extremely slow, you need to ask several times for your room to be cleaned
