“Претензия на умный дом и дизайн в ущерб удобству проживания.”
The hotel offers a red salted fish that meets the 5* requirement but is very cheap. We dined at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, and the food was high quality, though the menu was sparse and repetitive. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. The housekeepers and cleaners spoke Russian, while the reception staff spoke only Bulgarian and English. We’re very grateful to the staff for resolving the room change issue and for assisting with medical calls. The breakfast at this 5* hotel was poor and nowhere near 5*. For instance, there were no cereals, and the salad had to be assembled from three items (cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers). Butter and balsamic (one variety each) were in plain bottles without caps, making pouring inconvenient. No napkins were on the tables, only under the cutlery. Olive oil and balsamic were missing from the tables. There were four types of sausages, three of which were overcooked. The touch‑control lighting system was extremely inconvenient. The bathroom lacked mouthwash glasses; they suggested using the room’s glasses, which is not hygienic. The hairdryer was in a separate bag, which had to be retrieved and then put back because there was nowhere to store it. Elevator control was also complicated, and we repeatedly arrived on the wrong floor. Floor selection could only be changed from outside; once inside it was fixed. The mattresses (joined into a double bed) leaned to one side, giving a sliding sensation. I had to add a folded blanket under the mattress.
