“Accommodation met expectations.”
Location excellent, public transport at the doorstep, near eateries and small convenience stores, felt safe. Mattress too soft; I prefer firmer.

Location and cleanliness were good. Beds a bit soft for me, but overall not bad.

Check‑in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly; the room was comfortable and fully equipped, and the location was great. Nothing to complain about.

The balcony, room, and location were all good, but a swarm of insects on the balcony made it hard to sit outside, and the hot tap broke during a shower; the staff fixed it right after I mentioned it.

The place sits just a short bus ride from the city and is within walking distance to Newtown, which I liked. However, the room turned out much smaller than the photo showed, and there was no room service on Sundays or public holidays.
