The hotel is close to the airport, and if you arrive at night it’s very convenient because they bring you a free shuttle. The room is very spacious and clean, and they tidy it daily, refill water bottles, etc. The beds are huge and the mattress is comfortable. The receptionist speaks perfect English and is very professional. Breakfast is a full buffet on the 4th floor with views. They also have a pool and spa that you can access from your room. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city centre.

I stayed in a very comfortable room that was priced reasonably, enjoyed a nice breakfast, and the hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the airport.

The location is good, and the restaurant is normal and within a 5‑minute walk. However, it was dirty; there were fecal stains in the toilet, everything was broken—our toilet tank and shower head were broken, all outlets were loose, the windowsill was broken, basically a mess. They didn’t cook scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The hotel was amazing. First, the front desk was excellent, especially the night‑shift staff who were friendly and could speak several languages. Second, the spa area was exciting; the swimming pool, gym, and sauna are very large. I also have to mention the restaurant on the top floor where you can try Uzbek national dishes. Everything was great, thanks to the hotel staff. The location was good, near the airport, but it was a bit hard to reach the Islamic civilization area and downtown because it’s somewhat far from the city centre.
