The common rooms were just way too chilly, even though Paulo kept trying to warm them up. I appreciated his effort, but the cold made it hard to relax.

The place was comfortable, the staff were really friendly, and the location couldn't be better. Everything felt convenient and pleasant during my stay.

I was surprised to find the hostel on a dusty, unpaved street only five blocks from downtown. The rooms were dim, the furniture old and worn, and the linens—especially the towels—were stained and threadbare. Cleanliness was poor, and with stray dogs and homeless people around, I didn’t feel safe enough to stay longer.
