How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The locality is fine. The pictures and reality are totally different. The rooms shown in the photos look good, with balconies and a nice view, but the actual rooms are old and damaged, have no balcony, no breakfast, and extra charges apply. Mold is present, plaster is falling, wardrobes are destroyed, and the separate toilet is in very bad condition. I WAS CHARGED 2 TIMES! The accommodation was rejected and the booking system is lacking for my case. I must say just don't make reservations in EGYPT; this app never provides correct information. Check it yourself before booking. You will see if you like it. The booking system also doesn't care if the information in the app is correct. Previous high‑rated feedback is fake, which we followed and was a mistake in this country. The description of services is also wrong.

The staff are super nice and friendly, caring a lot about guests' comfort. We liked the vintage style of the spotless rooms. The location is easily accessible, especially if you use public transport, and it is close to many attractions. It was a nice, comfortable stay.
